Purpose of position

McArthurGlen is looking for an experienced Guest Service professional to join the Northern European team in our Designer Outlet Salzburg, Austria.

  • Key Areas of Responsibility

    The Guest Service Advisor is responsible for delivering the ultimate guest experience by developing, organising and coordinating the guest service activities.

    Your Profile

  • You have experience in a guest / customer service role
  • You ideally come from a Hotel or Corporate Reception background
  • You are fluent in English & German written & spoken, additional languages are an advantage
  • Your communication skills are excellent, both verbally and written
  • You have excellent time management and are able to work well under pressure
  • You are available to work some Saturdays, midweek shifts, with flexibility for late-night hours
  • Your MS office skills are good

  • A minimum salary of €23,000 per annum (in accordance with the collective agreement) but provide a market-compliant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience .
