We look for

We are currently looking for a curious Senior Manager Merger & Acquisitions (f / m) to support our innovative and open-minded Corporate Development team with home base headquarters Vienna.

Your tasks

  • Screening of internal and external sources for new corporate developments, strategic actions of competitors and M&A activities
  • Creating investment stories together with business units and evaluating targets including presentations and discussions with the management
  • Preparation of company profiles with respect to strategic fit, cross selling potentials and synergy potential
  • Valuation of potential targets based on actual financials and identified potentials
  • Leading and driving M&A transactions and initiating the post-merger integrations process
  • Managing of due diligence process in cooperation with external and internal experts
  • Preparing of project approval packages for the Executive Management Team and supervisory board
  • Our professional requirements

  • At least 5 years of business experience in project management and / or consulting (ideally in M&A, Strategy, Finance, reorganization)
  • Academic Degree in Business Administration, finance or equivalent
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis including discounted cash flow modeling
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English for both written and oral communication, other languages welcome

  • For this full time position (38.5 working hours) the monthly gross salary according to collective bargaining agreement starts from EUR 3.

    513,83. The actual level of remuneration depends on skills and experience.
