Join us on our journey. The Product Owner Digital Payments is in charge of the business ownership for a group-wide Digital Payments solution.
She / he takes responsibility of leading the agile product team, deciding on business priorities as well as stakeholder management.
In this function she / he reports to the Division Head of International Retail Online Banking.
What are your key responsibilities :
Steer a multi-national product team to develop and roll out a new solution for Digital / Mobile Payments across RBI Group
Coordinate multiple contributors to the implementation process (e.g. Card processing center, external vendors, RBI Network Banks)
Manage stakeholders across RBI Group (Board level in both RBI Head Office as well as Network Banks)
Interact closely with the local product managers and IT teams in our Network Banks
Contribute and support to the implementation of the digital payments strategy of RBI Retail Banking
Lead by example when fostering an agile and adaptive culture and mindset across the group
Keep up-to-date with knowledge related to the driving forces on retail digital banking and the digital payments area : changing consumer behavior, fast evolving technology and newly revised regulations
Best practice sharing and training of local teams in NWBs with regards to relevant innovation and ways of working
What you bring to the table :
Minimum 5 years of experience in an international digital environment, either in banking, bank-near industries or in Tech companies
Strong Digital Payments and Cards expertise recommended
Preferably a bachelor or master degree in technical or economic studies
Intense experience in (agile) project management
Strong background in both customer facing functions as well as IT & Operations
Fluent in English, German or any CEE Language is an advantage
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, able to tackle very complex issues
Willingness to travel up to 35% (CEE region)
