OMV has started a group wide SAP S / 4 HANA program with the goal to optimize processes across all business areas and replace the current ERP solutions with an integrated state of the art S / 4 HANA system (Digital Core).
To ensure highest benefits and best in class process and system setup we are searching for SAP S / 4 HANA Senior Consultants with profound experience in the area of SAP Success Factors.
Your responsibilities :
Consult, support and implement S / 4 HANA with focus on SAP Success Factors
Coordination of business requests for the SAP landscape, management of change requests and projects for the new S / 4 landscape and existing SAP systems
Best practice implementation advisory regarding the further integration of cross location service delivery through continuous knowledge exchange
Coordination and management of external SAP consultants and technical experts
Responsible for providing test- and use cases, integration testing, scheduling of local training, technical activities for data migration (data cleansing / validation of migrated data), facilitation of IT acceptance tests incl.
recommendation of acceptance
Act as consultant for all related question for all business units and support the development of the SAP S / 4 HANA strategy and implementation
Your profile :
University degree (Diploma / Master) in IT or a similar field of studies
5-10 years of implementation / migration experience with SAP R / 3 and ideally also S / 4HANA
Profound knowledge in customizing, analysis and conceptualization of specific SAP modules
Project management skills and experience in international SAP roll out projects;
SAP S / 4 HANA implementation experience is an advantage
Strong facilitation, consultation and convening skills
Awareness of current and future trends and / or technology that may influence Enterprise Applications work
