Your Responsibilities :
Development of component and full vehicle CAE models for crash simulation
Performing of crash and impact simulation, correlation with test results
Elaboration of structural optimizations
Close cooperation with design teams
Presentation of analysis results and communication of recommendations
Definition, execution and supervision of R&D projects
Your Profile :
Mechanical engineering / electrical engineering or similar graduate of a university of technology, university of applied sciences (secondary technical college)
3 year experience with crash simulation in the development of BIW
Familiar with legal regulations with regards to passive safety (regional and OEM specific)
Experience with crash software tools (e.g. Abaqus, LS-Dyna, Pam-Crash)
Experience with pre- and post- processing tools (e.g. Ansa, Meta, Hyper mesh)
Autonomous, systematic and structured approach to work
Good communication skills, organizational and teamwork skills
Very good knowledge of English and enthusiasm for international cooperation
Annual Remuneration : Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the intended annual gross remuneration (full-
time) for this position as a basis for negotiation : EUR 48,000. . We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
