Job Description

  • Overall accountability for Partner Label sales within the region
  • Coordinate all customer acquisition activities within the region
  • Develop and implement a clear growth strategy and operational plan for B2B in the region
  • Formulate recommendations for Sandoz based on an in-depth knowledge of the market place, key dynamics and policies in addition to an up-
  • to-date understanding of customers and key competitors and their likely strategies

  • Ensure close cooperation between B2B functions and regional Commercial Operations teams to maximize value to Sandoz
  • Lead or support contract negotiations, as appropriate, and ensure compliance to existing agreements
  • Ensure alignment between B2B Global Key Account Management and local affiliate activities
  • Provide regular internal sales reporting and input into target setting, latest forecasts and 5-year strategic plan
  • Manage the end-to-end life cycle of a customer relationship from business development through launch management to regular commercial supply and maintenance
  • Direct account management responsibility for B2B customers within the region
  • Minimum requirements

    Education : Degree in life sciences or business related subject, or equivalent

    Languages : Fluent in English, German beneficial

    Experience : Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or an account management position (or similar relevant experience).

    Proven sales and marketing management ability. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strong results orientation.

    The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least € 68,521.18 per year).
