What You’ll DoPerform data discovery by identifying and reviewing client team’s existing support documentation related to IT Asset Lifecycle Management, Patch, and Vulnerability Management.

Identify gaps or opportunities to improve and standardize documented support processes using a process focused improvement approach leveraging templates as applicableExecute end-

to-end process visioning and design; identify process controls, integration points and standardization needs for any support gaps identifiedPartner with client to implement a central repository of IT Asset Management, Patch, and Vulnerability ManagementIdentify and analyze current and future state risks.

Establish key performance indicators and control plans.Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools (VOC, CTQ, Value Stream Map, RACI, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform data discovery by identifying and reviewing client team’s existing support documentation related to IT Asset Lifecycle Management, Patch, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Identify gaps or opportunities to improve and standardize documented support processes using a process focused improvement approach leveraging templates as applicable
  • Execute end-to-end process visioning and design; identify process controls, integration points and standardization needs for any support gaps identified
  • Partner with client to implement a central repository of IT Asset Management, Patch, and Vulnerability Management
  • Identify and analyze current and future state risks.
  • Establish key performance indicators and control plans.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools (VOC, CTQ, Value Stream Map, RACI, etc.) to complete process analysis and design as needed.
  • Work with teams to identify and recommend process improvement areas related to ongoing support of IT Asset Lifecycle Management and Vulnerability Management
  • About You

  • 7+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or Analyst with 3+ years of experience in direct application of Lean Six Sigma tools to analyze and improve operational processes
  • Previous experience with IT Infrastructure and / or IT Risk Management a plus
  • BS in a Business or Engineering related field
  • Lean and / or Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certified
  • ITIL Certification a plus
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while providing transparency to client on progress and issues impeding progress
  • Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussion while appropriately and cooperatively probing the thinking of the team
  • Strong analytical skillset
  • Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced with an ambiguous situation
