As a Product Manager for Marketing Automation Optimisation, you will have impact on the following :
1. Email marketing - supporting the email marketing team in developing the most advanced email marketing tool that exists
2. Tag Management - support the digital marketing team with integration tags and feeds across the site while ensuring page speed times are kept
3. Feed Generation / Marketing Automation - support the marketing team with any feed generation as well as creating tools to help automate campaigns based on existing landing pages
4 Support with any widget integration projects for affiliates, operators or any other potential partner integrations
5. You must have a good understanding of API’s, marketing tools (such as email, adwords, facebook), including a solid understanding of email marketing and digital marketing.
This role is based in Vienna, Austria.
Key responsibilities :
Manage the roadmap of our internal marketing automation tools including our CRM and digital marketing tools.
Together with the marketing and development team define and prioritise features based on the strategic goals
Define the internationalization strategy for email and all marketing automation tools
Work with Tech teams to bring automation to the marketing team
Provide ongoing analysis of product effectiveness using a data-driven approach
Define and document product requirements, features and functionality
Generate ideas that are focused on driving sales, acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers and building brand loyalty
Manage the entire product line life cycle from requirements to release
Define, set up and manage test cases and test suites together with the QA team
User acceptance test and monitor all releases to ensure the site and product are always running and as bug-free as possible.
3+ years product / project management experience of website or API related projects
Experience in managing a product roadmap
Experience with sprint planning with daily standups, and task prioritization with the development team
2+ years experience with digital marketing (email, facebook, adwords, affiliate networks)
Experience in product specifications, including process flow diagrams
Experience working in an Agile Development environment (ie. Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with reporting and defining KPIs
Experience with defining test suites and test cases
Solid understanding of different attribution models in order to monitor and optimize marketing campaigns
Work experience with e-commerce website is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science, business or marketing
Solid understanding of Google Analytics
