The Junior Brand & Customer Manager is accountable to provide Marketing and Brand Planning Support for Hospital Acute Care Franchise, implementing the marketing strategy for the brand locally in accordance with the strategy, developed together with Portfolio Brand & Costumer Manager and as well as the Costumer Unit Lead.

The jobholder collaborates cross-functionally to understand the customer needs and creates and adapts materials and solutions.

He / she ensures development and execution of relevant and impactful customer plans.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Support Marketing Planning & Forecasting
  • Analyze local market and identify commercial opportunities to help the customer deliver better patient care
  • Strategy Development and Program Implementation
  • Allocate resources and manage budgets
  • Launch new products and drive its commercial success
  • Ensure development and execution of relevant and impactful Brand & Customer Plans across the team
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders cross-functionally incl. sales management
  • Support medical educational events / congresses
  • Coordinate marketing activities
  • Material development in alignment with regional functions
  • Track, monitor progress and adjust activities accordingly
  • Collaboration with commercial lead to support the business
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of the overall healthcare system, the products and the disease area and the role of the individual customer or customer segment with the healthcare environment
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Master's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or

  • Life sciences (e.g. biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine);
  • higher degree (e.g. PhD or MD) or additional degree (e.g. MBA) is an asset

  • Approx.1 + year successful experience of selling in pharmaceutical environment or experience in hospital segment is an asset
  • Understanding of the Austrian hospital market and health environment
  • Demonstrated successful opinion leaders management
  • German and English fluent
  • Competencies and Leadership skills

  • Analytical skills
  • Proficiency in communication and project management skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong collaboration skills (ability to work cross-functionally and cross-divisionally and lead teams to get work done)

    The minimum annual salary for this position is 42,600 EUR and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
