Handling and processing of inquiries
Creation of offers, quotation tracking, monitoring of markets & customers
Communication with customers & agents in the respective sales area
Price negotiations both in sales and purchasing within the framework of internal rules
Order processing including logistical aspects
Documentation in the CRM system
Communication with the group’s production companies
Organization of and participation in customer seminars
Visits to the mills and participation in technical seminars & trainings
Technical or economic education
2-3 years’ experience as sales representative
Upper intermediate English skills (B2 level)
Additional foreign language is beneficial
IT skills (Microsoft Office; SAP and CRM knowledge beneficial)
High customer and business orientation
Open-mindedness towards foreign cultures
Sales skills & teamplayer
Result-oriented & self-organized
Open for / interested in technical aspects
Willingness to do international business trips
What we offer
Consideration : The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 2.487,61. The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.
