Works with a defined set of key accounts, to meet revenue targets by increasing spend per customer and by identifying and developing new sales opportunities in Region North

Implements key account management process with selected accounts as appropriate.

Develops relationship within Key Accounts, Key Opinion Leaders, trade and producer organisations though a significant visible presence in the field

Attends and actively participates at key industry seminars representing MSD AH

Liaises with Technical Service to develop and educate customer’s staff, create demand and promote Aquaculture products to the end user.

Promotes and sells technical and / or nontechnical products and / or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.

Implements marketing campaigns at customer level as directed by the marketing manager.

Actively guides and participates in the development of the aquaculture business strategy and programmes.

Effectively monitors and analyses the markets for the company’s products to support the development and implementation of marketing plans

Major Activities and Responsibilities

  • Achievement of sales and other KPI targets, including management of customer vaccination schedules.
  • Close liaison with technical, marketing and global colleagues in all aspects of the aquaculture business
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and forward planning for the aquaculture business
  • Delivery of customer business development initiatives for Key Accounts
  • Discovery and evaluation of new business development opportunities
  • Qualifications
