Job Description

  • The individual is responsible for establishing, maintaining and managing optimal End-to-End Supply Chain processes from demand planning, over supply planning to logistic performance Responsibility to include developing and implementing regular demand forecast for all Business Units through demand analysis and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance in alignment with the local Leadership-Team
  • Ensures Market supply in accordance to commercial targets and internal SCM KPIs
  • Establishes and ensures very close collaboration with other functions and processes, e.g. customer service etc.
  • This role manages third party warehouses
  • Maintains a strong NFCM / QA compliant environment
  • Holds responsibility for the Warehousing & Distribution performance and cost
  • Benchmark, assess strategic SC options and implement best practices
  • Leads supply chain projects and special assignments, if needed
  • MANAGEMENT OF WAREHOUSING AND TRANSPORTATION AND PROJECTS / ASSIGNMENTS :

  • Manager relationship with 3rd party logistics providers in all aspects
  • Ensure all compliance, quality and regulatory as well as legal requirements are delivered.
  • Lead local or regional assigned Supply Chain Projects, if needed
  • DEMAND & SUPPLY ACTIVITES

  • Lead the collaborative S&OP process with the local BU teams in all activities surrounding generating both long-term and short-
  • term demand forecast, review and submission (forecast analysis reports, validation against in market activities and sales projections and on-

    time submission to regional team).

  • Create, maintain and distribute all Supply Chain related KPI’s
  • Establish an early warning system for stock-outs and trigger actions for product availability improvements after early warnings are coming up
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT, ANALYSIS & COORDINATION :

  • Manage, support and develop the SC team
  • Ensure alignment with Region Supply Chain process and establishing and maintaining an effective, documented, and sustainable Supply Chain processes
  • Analysing, reporting and improving forecast accuracy both at the detail and aggregate level to improve Customer Service and Inventory levels.
  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning through the with BUs & Management
  • Minimum requirements

    Education - Commercial education or similar

    Languages - German and English business fluent

    Experience / Professional requirement : at least 5 year experience in logistics & supply chain in an international company

  • SAP proficiency is critical
  • High commitment and flexibility
  • Strong leadership and action oriented
  • Good Use of Business Intelligence Tools
  • We offer a market-competitive base salary in line with your qualification, experience and individual competencies. GJFA 1-

    5 : The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement at least EUR 57.

    680 per annum, with the possibility of adjustment depending on skills and qualifications
