The job may involve one of the following tasks but not limited to the list

  • Design of new digital blocks
  • Bug Fixes and new feature coding in existing digital blocks
  • Debugging of the design
  • Verification / Simulation
  • This role will require you to be available for about 20 hours weekly at our offices in Linz - ideally for 1 year or more.

    Candidates need to be enrolled to a university during the whole time of the program.

    Qualifications

    We are looking for the following qualifications :

  • Enrolled student of Embedded Systems, Electronics Design Engineering or similar.
  • Knowledge and Skills

  • Proactive, organize own work and drive for completion
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and good communication skills
  • Experienced in hardware description languages such as VHDL and SystemVerilog
  • Understanding of Digital Design : Multi-clock Design Analysis, Timing Analysis, Multi Power domain Design understanding
  • Basic knowledge of versioning systems
  • Familiar with Unix based work environments
  • Familiarity with industry standard Digital Design Tools would be added advantage : Spyglass, NC-Sim, VCS, Verdi, Design Compiler
