What you will do :
â Programme Management of yourJob regional programme
YourJob is a labour market integration programme currently being implemented in 4 countries in the Western Balkans with financing from different public and private donors.
Actively cooperate with Caritas Austria’s regional Balkan-Delegate and the teamleader Balkan in application, steering and reporting
Coordination and close collaboration with controlling-team, IPPS, auditors and partners
Provide technical and strategic support to the regional team (CÖ and in the dioceses)
Direct cooperation with yourJob team in BiH (including monitoring, stakeholder meetings, MEAL guidance etc.)
Response to donor requests, fundraising
Administrative tasks related to project cycle management
â Programme Management of programmes for people on the Move in BiH
Since 2016, Caritas BiH is implementing projects for people on the move. Caritas Austria is supporting them with financing from public and private donors and is closely coordinating with Caritas Graz, who is cooperating with a diocesan Caritas in BiH.
Actively cooperate with Caritas in Austria BiH desks, the teamleader Balkan, partners and donors (including monitoring, stakeholder visits etc.)
Management of ongoing and new programmes in BiH
Applying for new funds and reporting
Coordination with Caritas in Austria programme managers for BiH
Wir erwarten :
What you will bring :
Excellent knowledge of project cycle management
Preferably knowledge of key programmatic areas of the programmes (labour market inclusion, work with people on the move)
Fluency in English. Other local language skills a plus.
Ability to work independently and result-oriented
Positive communication and networking skills

Gross monthly salary for 30 hours per week from € 2.138,76 gross with readiness for overpayment depending on professional experience and qualifications;
if family allowance is received : child allowance of € 50.15 gross per child
