In this exciting role, you’ll own major compensation processes, identify opportunities to improve processes and systems and implement them globally.
You’ll manage the annual merit increase and bonus planning process in line with the global guideline.
You’ll be the expert for all C&B topics and internal point of contact and consultant for local HR teams around the world.
You’ll perform compensation audits and evaluations in HQ and markets. Additionally, you’ll manage the relationship to external consultants and ensure accurate global market data.
You’ll lead and contribute to global compensation and benefits projects, the roll-out of global frameworks and contribute to local projects as subject matter expert.
You’ll work on innovative solutions that support the compensation culture and philosophy.
