Our young and growing iGaming operator client is looking for a Gaming Coordinator to join their gaming team to assist in the execution of gaming related projects for their brands.
You will join their Malta office, responsible for maintaining and configuring various gaming back-end and external gaming related elements.

Responsible for ensuring that all games have the relevant certificates for the respective market / license
Responsible for ensuring that all Gaming Services shared documentation is kept up to date and that all game related data is correctly updated prior to release
Coordinating internal Gaming-Tech related issues
Responsible for logging, reviewing, following up and closing game related incidents
Responsible for logging game and provider downtime and availability
Provide 2nd line support for game-related issues
Assist with game testing on a continuous basis
Analysing KPI’s and working with continuous improvement
Working with suppliers to ensure that they are maximising their support towards the business
Assisting CRM internal departments with any game related information required
Responsible for setting up supplier campaigns together with the CRM team
Fluent English both verbal and written
1-2 years’ experience working within a similar role in a casino team within the iGaming industry
Analytic and numbers driven with a great eye for detail
A real love for games in general
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and project management skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Basic technical knowledge
