For our Trade Marketing team, we are looking for a Sales & Planning Operations Coordinator (m / f / d) AT / CH.

The role

In the role as Sales & Planning Operations Coordinator (m / f / d) you are responsible for driving projects in the area of Sales & Trade Marketing for Switzerland and supporting in Austria.

As a competent contact partner (m / f / d), you advice and support our Key Account Manager Switzerland with Route-to-Market execution, Channel Strategy and Category Management while reporting directly to the Trade Marketing & Channel Development Manager.

The role will cover all categories (Combustible & Next Generation Products) in Switzerland and Austria.

What are your major duties?

  • Identify new opportunities & potentials, and drive projects in the areas of trade communications & activations, Ways of Working of field forces and trade partners (Key Account & independent) as well as Route-to-Market, Channel Strategy and Category Management
  • Drive data-based-reporting on ongoing projects and monitor success
  • Build presentations and create as well as execute workshops
  • Management of external contact partners (distributor, distribution partners, trade partners, agencies)
  • Support the business planning process for Switzerland / Austria
  • Support of Key Account Manager Switzerland especially regarding the evaluation of contract terms / renewals and all other Trade execution excellence that is required
  • Budget overview of self-owned projects
  • Who are you?

  • You hold a university degree in the area of Sales & Marketing or related fields
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in described area (Sales, Marketing, Project Management etc.)
  • Experience in Change Management / Project Management
  • Ability to analyse more complex data sets and translate into opportunities and actions
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and a commercial mindset
  • Innovative mindset and the drive to change things for the better
  • A confident manner and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to move to Austria under a local contract
  • Excellent German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
