Job Description

  • Review current knowledge creation process
  • Share KM process best practices
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve hardware and software issues
  • Incident and change management
  • Diagnostic tool usage
  • Participate in planned changes, updates and moves by arranging equipment and transferring data
  • Prioritize and manage all open issues and ensure proper recording
  • Provide prompt and communicate accurate feedback to client
  • Follow up with and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Qualifications

  • Ongoing higher education in the area of technical support or IT-related studies. Preferably with experience as Desktop Support Engineer or similar role
  • Experience with Windows 7 / 10, Office 2010, IExplorer, Chrome, Skype, Adobe
  • Good understanding of computer systems (hard- & software), printers and VICO systems
  • Good ITIL knowledge required
  • Ability to work in an international organisation (English communication skills are a must)
  • German communication skills
  • Ability to manage her- or him -self to solve complex problems
  • Remuneration :

    The minimum gross annual salary for 38.5 weekly hours for this position is € 32.200, .
