In the frame of automotive Fuel Cell systems development, the Fuel Cell Validatoin Technician will be responsible of testing and commisionning the Fuel Cell systems according to the customer requirements


Responsibility for the validation of high-voltage components and fuel cell systems from test concept creation to release recommendation

  • Independent setup, execution and evaluation of test setups in the automotive environment
  • Creation of intelligent test concepts considering costs, timing, resources, test coverage, test instances etc.
  • Proactive participation in national and international project teams in the context of commissioning at the customer (on a case-by-case basis)
  • Continuous optimization of processes and further development of the tool landscape and infrastructure respectively
  • Competences requirements

    Knowledge / Qualification

    automation technology or a similar degree

    Previous Experience (If relevant)

    Professional experience in the validation of high-voltage components and systems in the automotive industry, ideally with authorization to work on HV systems

    Experience in the design of power electronics as well as in-depth knowledge of LV 123 / LV 124 standards

    Key technical competencies

    In-depth knowledge of common test methods and processes (V-model, PEP, etc.)c, knowledge of common bus systems (CAN, LIN, Flexray and Ethernet) and tools for validation (e.

    g. National Instruments, Vector Tools, etc.)

    Key behavioral competencies (On top of PO Group competencies)

    Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as strong teamwork and organizational skills
