Find the right talent

You’ll be responsible for finding the right people for the right places / opportunities through a pro-active market research, ensuring a timely staffing of open positions with high potential profiles.

Additionally, you’ll support us in strengthening an inspiring brand. We count on you when it comes to gaining and expanding specific industry knowledge, its talents, trends and market changes.

Of key importance - you love to build up a network of talent in defined business areas, and see yourself as an ultimate juggler in managing talent pipelines and not letting a single ball drop.

Own and run an efficient full-cycle talent acquisition process

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you’re leading all the efforts to attract and select top talents for specific business areas at Red Bull Media House in close collaboration with hiring managers.

In this role, you’ll take the ownership of the recruitment process from the kick off meeting to screening, interviews, all the way through to the hiring of new employees.

You’ll ensure a transparent process and smooth information flow back and forth between all stakeholders Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates and external stakeholders.

Drive Sourcing Activities

Sourcing is a major part of our hiring strategy, so you should be confident in seeking out, engaging with, and nurturing relationships with top talent.

Additionally, you’ll arrange and place job postings and take over the tracking of applicants using the ATS Taleo. By keeping an eye on personality and assessing company & brand fit, as well as professional experience and technical skills, you’ll play a key role during the selection process.

Ensure first class candidate experience

In this exciting role, you’ll ensure a first class candidate experience by providing both timely feedback to a potential candidate and an individual and personal touch throughout the process.

You have an eye for detail which will help you to ensure a top communication throughout the entire talent acquisition cycle layout & content of job ads, interviews, feedback, offer and communication with candidates.

Your communication style inspires candidates and reflects the brand values.
