enriching experiences worldwide. With over 50 different nationalities in our team and offices spread across Europe, North America and Australia, we work to deliver the best possible service and tour booking experience to our customers.
Serve as the go-to’ person for our team, handling ongoing general administrative work, as well as new tasks as needed in support of the company
Maintain fully stocked kitchen, office supplies, and coordinate package deliveries and office mail
Arrange and book Business Trips and Team Events
Point of contact to local suppliers, service providers and authorities
Provide administrative support for managers
Ensure that our office feels like home!
Positive and upbeat attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both German and English
Ability to move quickly and make on the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
Experience in handling a broad range of administrative tasks
