The Leidos Partnership for Defense Health (LPDH) is seeking a Partner Liaison to support its $4.6B single-award IDIQ program, Defense Health Management System Modernization (DHMSM).
The DHMSM program, a highly visible $4.3B single award IDIQ vehicle that provides support to the Defense Health Agency, is the DoD’s leading program designed to deploy MHS GENESIS, a modern electronic health record (EHR) system, across the United States and around the globe, supporting nearly 10 million service members and their families worldwide.
The Partner Liaison will be the primary interface between the firms in the Leidos Partnership for Defense Health, led by prime Leidos, as well as other existing and potential business partners.
The Partner Liaison will lead the cross-functional Subcontract management team, working with the Leidos procurement organization on behalf of the program to develop and execute strategies for acquisition strategy, timing, contract vehicles, negotiations, and competitions.
This role will oversee all aspects of partner relations and performance throughout the subcontract management lifecycle, including but not limited to : proposal support activities, negotiations of non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, development of statement of work, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, price analysis, negotiations of terms and conditions, award of subcontracts, subcontract administration, issue resolution and closeout activities.
The Partner Liaison ensure the team is managing all aspects of subcontractor performance from communications of expectations and statements of work through reporting of performance metrics.
The successful candidate will rely on a background in both subcontract program management and business development.
Directs and manages all technical and programmatic performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor, and identifies issues and ensures the subcontractor takes corrective actions in issues that ma y endanger program performance.
