Description We are currently looking for a Fashion Advisor with native level of German and fluent level of English to work from home.

Main tasks : - Attend customer posts in Social Networks.- Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our Client- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.

Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.- Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.

To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.

Ensure contractual SLA is maintainedWe offer : - Full-time (39hrs / week) and long-term contract-Schedule : Monday to Friday 11 : 00 to 20 : 00 + 1 Saturday rotative per month 08 : 00 to 17 : 00 or 09 : 00 to 18 : 00- Salary : 16.

732,21 Euros gross / year + up to 1.440 Euros gross / year in bonus- Possibility of working from home Requirements - Native level speaker of German and fluent level of English- Goal and customer service oriented- Deep knowledge of Social Media Platforms- Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications : Windows / MS Office / internet configuration- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment- Marketing studies is a plus Personal abilities : - Excellent writing and communication skills.

Ability to work in a team.- Ability to work on own initiative.- Ability to adapt to different situations and needs.- Problem solving and quality oriented.
