Creating, planning and prioritizing projects and tickets, from initial request to delivery of the final output
Processing and administration of advertising material as well as translations with internal graphic artists / copywriters and external agencies
Creative and operational point of contact between the marketing and content department
Developing and managing project documentation and internal drive organization
Assessing the quality of graphic and text production in agreement with Brand Strategist guidelines
Education in digital marketing, communications or similar
First professional experience in coordinating marketing resources is an advantage
Knowledge of task management software (preferably Atlassian Jira + Confluence) is an advantage
Excellent organization, interpersonal, & communication skills
Precise, independent and structured approach to work

Excellent command of both spoken and written German and English
