Furthermore, a part of the production will be sold to partners interested in long-term contracts.Job descriptionThe Project Document Controller will create and maintain the electronic document control system.
Moreover the Project Document Controller has to monitor and expedite the project time-schedule applying Critical Path Method (CPM) and The Project Document Controller will work closely with the Head of Capital Projects.

Sort, maintain, file, log, track, label, record and update any document, such as, drawings, instructions, procedures, specifications, correspondence, quotations, reports, and schedules received internally or externally from contractors or service providersMaintain database informationMonitor complaints and auditsCoordinate the flow of information both externally and internallyManage (route) and register in and out going document mailCreate and track CPM for documentsCreate and track alert system for documents delaysMaintain the flow of documents in hard copy or electronic formManages schedules and organizes meetings / appointmentsManage and organize meetings associated to document control issuesPrepare agendas, attend meetings as requested, and record activities (i.
