Support the development, management, implementation and on-going improvement of Corporate Responsibility projects in the non-food supply chain
Contribute to the development and implementation of a supply chain grievance mechanism
Assist with the implementation of our annual Corporate Responsibility supplier evaluation
Analyse key performance indicators for supply chain projects and supplier performance, draw critical insights and present findings
Engage in crisis management with external stakeholders like NGOs or suppliers, communicate and support remediation of critical findings in the supply chain
Communicate with buying teams, national CR teams and expert operational teams in Hong Kong and Bangladesh
Drive Corporate Responsibility multi-stakeholder initiatives My qualifications
Completed university degree ideally related to Corporate Responsibility
Initial working experience in supply chains is desirable
Comfortable with supporting multiple and dynamic processes, projects and concepts with various stakeholders in parallel
Independent, reliable, structured and detail-oriented way of working
Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, very good writing and communication skills
Intercultural sensitivity and fluency in English Convincing offers
