New model part set up .

Supplier packaging specification and cost approvals .

Non-Conformance ticket resolution .

Packaging standardization .

Supplier training as needed .

Special Projects as needed with management .

Cost Savings projects as needed .

Must drive to various plants in metro Detroit, pick up the parts, get them packaged, and make sure we can get them shipped to dealers.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .

Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills .

Strong knowledge of Client mainframe systems & applications .

Microsoft Access and Excel experience required .

Automotive experience preferred .

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment preferred.
