We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our office in Vienna and contribute to the world of electronic payments.

Your area of responsibility :
Provide expert opinions and support to PXP management and individual business departments;
Provide legal advice, in particular in the areas of contract law, payment services law and corporate law;
Advise on a range of regulatory matters;
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for customers, partners, suppliers and banking providers;
Identify, prioritize and manage associated legal, contractual risks or critical issues, so that legal risks are kept at minimum;
Liaise with external counsels on matters requiring external advice;
Address any other general or ad-hoc law queries from internal business stakeholders;
Support in implementing processes and coordinating projects.
Your profile :
University degree in Law, Bar Exam is of advantage;
At least 3 years of legal professional experience as in-house lawyer in a regulated entity or in international law firm or similar;
Fluent German and English;
Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of tasks and projects;
Experience in the payments industry is of great advantage;
Good communication and conflict management skills;
Strong analytical skills and good attention to details;
Team-player with good time-management skills and flexible attitude;
Hight level of stress-resistance and flexibility;
Good knowledge of MS office.
