About the job

Your tasks among others will be :

  • Management of Swarovski’s Global Business Continuity Management (BCM) System according to the requirements of ISO 22301 : 2019
  • Identifying, quantifying and assess potential business interruption risks and establish recovery strategies
  • Developing, updating and maintaining recovery strategies and plans along the value chain
  • Handling of business interruptions in case of claims by acting as crisis facilitator to all involved internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining a consistent BCM awareness and communication program
  • About you

    We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following :

  • Degree in economics, business administration or law at university level or equal qualification ideally with technical background
  • Approx. 5 years professional experience in industry in different positions (multiskilled) or consulting, process or project management
  • Lateral leadership and project management skills
  • English and German, both written and spoken (further languages as an additional asset)
  • Sound Knowledge of
  • Hazard business risks (production, business interruption) and risk management tools
  • BCM standards (e.g. ISO / BS-Norms), concepts, methods, best practices
  • Willingness and ability to travel ( 15%)

    As required by law, we advise that the collectively agreed base monthly salary for this position is set at a minimum of € 3028,61gross.
