Job Description

  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with emphasis on software licensing, development and distribution
  • Monitor and coordinate legal proceedings
  • Provide legal support on projects
  • Deliver legal opinions and perform research on legal issues/questions, in particular concerning sports betting-related legislation
  • Manage corporate governance activities required under the Austrian company law

Qualifications

  • Certified lawyer within the EU as well as entrepreneurial expertise to encompass the ability to consider economic aspects and effects of contractual negotiations
  • Seven years of experience as a trainee lawyer or a lawyer in software licensing, development and distribution
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German and ability to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages
