Duties & Responsibilities
Providing technical pre- & post sales support for international data services
Supporting other Sales Support colleagues
Develops and presents various training-materials for all product groups or technologies, as required;
Responsible for the completion of all the Non-Voice Orders generated by her / his dedicated offices;
Responsible for Quality check for all Non-Voice Orders
Providing German and international pricing quotations, local loops and backbone pricing, end-to-end offers to Sales or supporting Sales in these aspects;
Coordination and driving of escalation works in the pre & post-sales area;
Responsible for the Service Management support function (all aspects) for the defined Top and Key Accounts;
Dispute management support for all Non-Voice product lines;
Acting as interface between Sales division and other Sales Support groups, Product Management, Bid Management, Technical Departments (GNF / TE / TCO, etc), LAM / CAM organization, Order Entries and other divisions in the presales-
implementation and post-sales phases;
Supporting Sales and Customers in post sales activities like troubleshooting, communication towards Network Operation Centers (NOCs), extension of services, product related questions, etc;
Creating weekly / monthly business reports for the specific offices;
Other regional responsibilities on demand.
Skills & Experience Required
Technical knowledge about telecommunication technologies and platforms
Technical / Commercial Sales Support (or Sales) background
Project coordination experience
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Ability to think in priorities; structured
Service Management experience (desired)
Excellent communication (written / verbal) and presentation skills
English language knowledge (written / spoken) is a must, German language is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Good team player, but able to work well individually as well
Ability to perform very well under stress
Willingness to work as Sales Support
It is an internship for 6-12 months, 30 hours to full-time, at least EUR 1,860 KV salary (full time).
