Job Responsibilities
Creation of customer facing technical documents such as procedures and manuals
Maintain existing procedures and manuals to ensure availability of latest version
General technical publications activities - taking and editing photographs, maintaining CMS database
Collaboration with engineering personnel (mechanical, fluid, electrical and software) to gather information for the creation of technical content
Minimum Qualifications
Technical qualification - degree in a technical discipline or technical communication
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Excellent IT knowledge, especially MS Windows and MS Office with focus on MS Word
Must be able to work well in a matrix environment
Exhibits strong self-organizational skills and creativity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technical writing
Experience with FrameMaker, Photoshop and any kind of CMS system
Experience with either production, installation, or technical support of semiconductor machinery or similar
Familiar with design for serviceability, manufacturability, reliability, etc.
Appreciates learning and understanding challenges and limitations within other disciplines
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group : E ().
The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
