Join us on our journey. For the implementation and upgrade of FICO Debt Manager we are searching for a specialist that will support us through the project phase together with our network units.
In your backpack you have a deep knowledge of collections on cloud innovation.
What you can expect :
Provide hands-on functional support to the NWU project teams during the upgrades of FICO Debt Manager (on Cloud as well as on premise)
participating in all project workshops and team meetings
Reviewing of Debt Manager legacy versions configuration and setting up system base configuration in the newest version of Debt Manager
Reviewing existing collection strategies and redesigning them according to the specifics of the latest Debt Manager versions
Driving and documenting workflow configuration, build and unit testing
Assisting in data mapping related tasks including migration data mapping
Actively participating in inbound and outbound integration analysis as well as in end-to-end process scheduling and setup together with the project team from NWU and the vendor
Supporting NWUs during Go-Live and Post Go-Live activities
Providing system knowledge and coaching to the NWU team members during the entire process
What you bring to the table :
Required deep knowledge in FICO Debt Manager version 9.x, 10.x or 11.x
Good analytical skills and solution oriented
Project and change management know-how
2 4 year experience with legacy FICO's Debt Manager collection system (version 7 and older)
IT systems implementation and project management background
Knowledge of Collections processes and tools
Good presentation and facilitation skills
Open to new ideas
Top English language skills, knowledge of any CEE language would be an advantage
Willingness to travel (min. 75%)
