  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for existing and new digital service products, including functionality, performance, results criteria, evolution and lifecycle
  • Drive feature prioritization, process improvements, and write business requirements to innovate and improve new features and capabilities on service products
  • Assist in the design and development of new service products with the use of BPMN techniques
  • Provide executional and implementation support of key strategic initiatives for digital service products
  • Design, track, measure and analyze service products performance to optimize customer and business value metrics
  • Your Profile

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Service Design, Business Informatics or similar fields
  • Experience using service modelling tools like BPMN 2.0, service blueprint, etc., as well as practical experience in project management methods & tools like Jira or Active Collab is a must have
  • Software development skills (in backend and frontend, e.g. PHP, JavaScript, Phyton, HTML, CSS, ) and experience in creating digital solutions with MS PowerApps
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to understand the business goals, customer value and ability to translate the product strategy into business impact
  • Ability to lead multiple projects across multiple stakeholders through the organization without compromising results
