What will your job look like
You will manage the opportunity process by supporting the sales team from the prospection phase till the closing phase for strategic opportunities!
You will lead the entire bid process and the participants within - after opportunity- and account qualification -, according to the Worldline strategy and by determined guidelines, leading to adequate availability of commercial information, optimum support and advise to management and a (well-) considered bid that is proposed to the client in time and in quality.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include :
Adequate construction of all aspects of the Bid in which all lessons learned will be applied and all participants can contribute optimally
In order to comply to the formal communication streams which are required during RFP / tender processes
Adequate coordination of a bid process in which all roles and responsibilities are clear and all requirements are facilitated
Creation of an adequate proposal to offer the client as well as clear definition of this and rock-solid financial foundations
Safeguarding organization commitment for delivery of services / products required by the client
Timely acknowledgement of potential risks and other influences, alignment regarding these and optimization advice to the sales representatives and communication to the responsible manager .

Academic Working & thinking level
Commercial / economic knowledge
Payment processing knowledge
Relevant experience 2-3 years
Adequate knowledge of relevant and current security regulations and measures regarding ongoing business and projects as well as regulations assigned by the schemes.
Skills we’d like in your profile :
A previous Presales, Technical Sales, bid management or project management experience in the payment industry is required
Good writing and presentation skills
Critical thinking, vision to work with different partners
Project management skills : budget, planning, risk management, internal negotiation on staffing & resources
Time management skills : efficiency and able to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
Personality & attitude : capability to interpret and deal with complex business relationships and manage multiple resources to deliver a strong, winning case to the prospective client.
Oral & written communication skills :
English level : Business Fluent ( German is a plus)
