Currently to our amazing Plant in Bludenz, a home of Milka chocolate, we are looking for an inspirational Maintenance Manager (m / w) The purpose of the role is to create and implement Maintenance and Assets Reliability strategy for the plant in line with Quest to the Best spirit.
This is aiming to strengthen efficiency and continuously reduce overall equipment and facility maintenance cost. The role will assure equipment and building maintainability developing proper PM capabilities and expertise.
Your responsibilities include :
Developing and implementing maintenance and repairs (M&R) strategy in Bludenz plant
As part of the Plant Leadership Team, proactively participate in making key decisions for the whole site
Proactively coaching, mentoring and developing the team of engineers, technicians and specialists
Developing succession planning path for subordinate team
Building internal expertise in IL6S PM methodology and supporting development of the operators’ technical skills through the AM program
Ensuring cost effective implementation of the strategy by budget preparation and monitoring, developing "Eine Technik" M&R organisation and optimizing spare parts management processes
Eradicating breakdown by counter measures to BD SWP implementation
Preventive maintenance plan improving in order to support BD eradication and reduce Planned Maintenance impact on GE
Proactively cooperating with other teams in order to identify grey areas and process gaps and ways to address them
Actively developing condition-based maintenance system
Developing and monitoring proper M&R KPIs and KAIs execution as well as closely cooperating with regional teams
Supervising legal compliance of assets and technical systems and coordinating FM global audits
Implementing SAP PM and other PM tools to maximize effectiveness of planning, tracking and budgeting tool
Proven track record in managing complex maintenance agenda in the production plant
Broad knowledge of company business and engineering processes, policies and procedures (GMP, Quality, SS&E)
Excellent people leadership, influencing and motivating skills
Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, preferably in FMCG
Fluent German and very good English language skills
University degree, engineering preferred
Communication, motivation and listening skills as well as idea leadership
Co-operation and communication skills as well as ability to effectively cooperate with various stakeholders on different levels within the company
Analyse and problem solving skills together with strategic thinking abilities and strong business acumen
Understanding of change management and the principles of redesign and the ability to inspire others with change-mindset
