We take pride in our work and know that it will stand the test of time!At the moment we are recruiting, for our office in Klagenfurt, Austria INTERNATIONAL RECRUITER ITALIAN, SPANISH, GREEK AND / OR FRENCH LANGUAGE POSITION SUMMARY NEXT STEP recruiting specialist will research, develop, and implement effective sourcing, recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talents for NEXT STEP career network agency.

The recruiter is expected to create and maintain relationships between NEXT STEP agency and motivated and qualified candidates in order to secure their placements in one of NEXT STEP partner hotels located in Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Germany or Middle East. RESPONSIBILITIES RECRUITER

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the sourcing and recruitment process
  • Collaborates with NEXT STEP placement managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job offers and hiring criteria
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the industry standards, and the needs of NEXT STEP company
  • Produces job postings and initiates advertisement processes
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
  • Schedules and performs interviews within the framework of the position specification, check references, produces presentation Files
  • Maintains company's data base
  • Develops retention strategies REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicanttracking software
  • Proficient user of office packages
  • Bilingual in 2 languages from above
  • Willingness to live in Austria EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, a plus
  • At least three years of managing all phases of the sourcing and recruitment process is highly preferred, but not condition
  • Hotel industry related experience, a plus BENEFITS OFFERED
