Telenor Digital Businesses is a global unit that manages Telenor’s investments in the digital business space. The unit will seek to build strong positions within a selection of verticals towards 2020, combining these new verticals with the Telenor Group’s already existing core services, culture and footprint.
Telenor entered the Adtech industry in 2016 through the acquisition of New York-based Tapad Inc. (), the market leader in unified cross device marketing with both media execution and data licensing business lines.
We also want to leverage certain capabilities from this business, to power Telenor’s data & distribution (D&D) platform.
This D&D platform aims to understand, analyze and target our users as one audience across verticals, building digital distribution power in an ecosystem including mobile, new digital services and partners.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to be a part of Group Applied Analytics Team and be responsible for translating telco and digital business requirements / questions into relevant analysis, introducing new trends and approaches to implement contextual marketing / associated projects across various Telenor business verticals.
A person with strong business acumen and hands on experience of working as a business analyst professional in telco and digital space is deemed to be a best fit for the role.
Additionally the person should have experience and knowledge in contextual marketing and customer lifecycle management domain.
