Your Challenge
Strategic further development of the MS-D 365 environment / architecture in the role of a Solution Manager for the SWARCO Group incl.
administrative responsibility (governance, roadmap & reporting)
E2E business process and MS-D 365 consulting for our subsidiaries with the focus on Sales as well as Customer Service / Field Service
Active co-design, documentation, implementation and optimization of the corresponding E2E business processes in close coordination and connection to the ERP / SAP system
Ongoing project management and coordination within the scope of the international MS-D 365 rollouts
Coordination and cooperation with external service providers including Microsoft as well as across teams within Group IT
Interface function between the business departments and external service providers
Your Profile
Completed studies (University / FH) with a focus on business informatics / business process management / BWL / o.ö. or several years of CRM system and process experience
Experience in system architecture and technical design
Practical knowledge with MS-D 365 agile development methods is of advantage
Understanding of operational processes and interrelationships with a focus on sales and customer service / field service
Experience in the support and transport management is of advantage
Analytical and structured personality
High customer and service orientation
Very good English skills
Communicative personality as well as high team, goal and solution orientation
