The individual will be asked to : + Identify and develop prospects basedonNokia's solutions and innovative product portfolio + Further develop and broaden business with existing customers + Maintain and manage relationships with prospects, existing accounts and eco-system partners + Define the best go-to-market per opportunity : Direct or via partners + Meet short and long term sales targets (Order-intake, Revenues, strategic objectives,.

  • Understand, anticipate, and articulate the trends and needs of the various market segments + Develop and maintain a solid technical background and understanding of Nokia's portfolio + become a trusted advisor for prospects and customers + Combines market and competitorknowledgeto deliver relevant solutions to the customer Qualifications : + Excellent knowledge about the business and its dynamics of theAustriantransportation, industry,energy and public-sector segments + Very good established network and relationships to influencer and decider of customers in the targeted market segments + Track record insuccessful account management in thefield ofTelecommunicationand / orIT-industry + Confident and charismatic interpersonal skills - Good negotiator - Ability to convince and influence others + Team spirit and enthusiasm, self-starter and an autonomous player + Strive for high standards in customer satisfaction, quality and responsiveness towards customers + High degree of flexibility and initiative, with good time management and organizational skills + Contributes to the development of business with innovative solutions and ideas to drive incremental revenue + Excellent written, communication and presentation skills with fluency inGermanand English
