Marketing Manager Antiinfectives (m / f / d)
contract limited until end 2023
Pfizer’s Hospital Business Unit (HBU) is global category leader in anti-infectives and offers a broad portfolio of innovative and established medicines.
This role will take responsibility for the operational marketing activities for the innovative Antiinfectives portfolio and therefore planning, implementation and tracking of the tactics in Austria.

What you can look forward to :
Portfolio Management & Marketing :
Independent execution of multi-channel marketing activities for innovative Antiinfectives portfolio for our customers (physicians, pharmacists and other stakeholders)
Development and implementation of value-added services, promotional materials aligned with brand orientated strategies and tactics (local / global)
Build strong relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders (BU / Commercial Lead, Medical colleagues, Communications, Legal and Finance)
Initiating, concepting, budgeting and being responsible for commercial content of events such as expert / user boards, congresses
Coordinating and developing of Media work (leading external vendors and agencies etc.)
Support colleagues with innovative programs which improve access to our medicines
Ensure that all activities are in line with local laws and regulations
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
Drive education of FF to ensure and enhance implementation and accuracy of materials, programmes and services
Collaborate with counterparts in other countries
Share knowledge of local dynamics and insights on the portfolio and customers with cross-functional team to enable development of core programs / material
Customer Engagement & Insight Generation
Focus on digital activities to further strengthen relationships with relevant customers and stakeholders
Independently lead significantly impactful customer / omni-channel activities
This is what you offer :
University degree or equivalent qualification in the field of business administration, science or economics
Solid understanding of hospital & pharmaceutical space including legal framework
Knowledge and experience in pharma-marketing, healthcare and pharmaceutical environment or at least in similar markets
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent project management skills incl. digital marketing knowledge
Experience in collaboration and management of external vendors
Demonstrated growth mindset, accountability, and agility
Ownership & innovative mentality
Microsoft Office Skills
Fluency in German and English
Other Notes :
This role is an individual contributor position without direct reports and will report to the Commercial Lead.

The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 55.
000 gross p.a. on a fulltime base.
