  • Better requires process discipline and simplification*We’ll be looking to you to autonomously plan, design and lead internal audit activities for Western Union International Bank.
  • The audits are based on European banking laws and regulations, as well as the approved Internal Audit Plan. You will work closely with members of the audit team to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal controls, processes and procedures.

    In collaboration with a variety of stakeholders across the business, you will work to establish remedial actions and report on your findings.

    For such a detail-oriented role, we require you to bring progressive experience in financial services auditing (banking preferred) or an accounting firm.

    Being a qualified auditor or accountant would be an asset. You have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of European banking / financial services regulations, and how to evaluate business risk.

    You must be fluent in German and English. The role requires a team player, therefore a strong ability to work with others and build strong relationships with stakeholders is vital.
