Our Product Specialists are great communicators who put the customerfirst, making Tesla a pioneer in the automotive industry with the highestcustomer satisfaction rate.

You will work with an international and diverse team of our best andbrightest. Their backgrounds range from sales to customer service, fromhospitality to retail and what unites them all is the believe in Tesla'smission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

You will be based in one of our modern Tesla stores and showrooms whereyou will provide a fun educational experience for customers who come into theTesla retail store and educate the public about the electric drive experience.

You will...

  • By welcoming customers to ourstore and introducing them to our products, you are the first point of contactand represent the face’ of Tesla, ensuring a positive start to the customerjourney.
  • Electric vehicles areuncharted territory for many. It will be your role to enthusiastically teachpotential customers and fans about the benefits of going electric.
  • You’ll alsokeep up with industry trends and best practices.

  • Through conversations on thefloor, identify future Tesla prospects and encourage them to get behind thewheel of a Tesla product for themselves.
  • Alongsidea Sales Advisor, you may co-pilot test drives or attend special events andprovide a safe and memorable experience that potential customers will recommendto family and friends.
  • Help Tesla enthusiasts andfuture owners stay up to speed with Tesla by subscribing them to digitalupdates from the company and founder, Elon Musk.
  • You also provide high qualitycustomer service to the existing Tesla owner community.

  • Help develop a new way tomarket and sell cars to the community.
  • Yourperformance will be measured by your ability to engage and sign up potentialcustomers in the store for updates and test drive and other event invitationsfrom Tesla.
  • Hostdelivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to theindividual customer’s needs and comfort level.
  • You Are...

  • You hold a Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree or the equivalent in professional experience and extraordinarytalent for sales.
  • You naturally make othersaround you feel comfortable by striving to provide an excellent customerexperience.
  • Sinceyouwill be working alongside Sales professionals, a commercial mindset is ofadvantage. You also bring along the ability to understand and convey businessissues and technical concepts.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales or customerservice is a plus.

  • You’ve held your validdriver’s license for at least two years and maintain a safe drivingrecord.
