As a Data Engineering Team Lead you will join Booksy IT Team
Grown from a small start-up, now counting almost 300 interdisciplinary professionals
Cooperating in a multicultural environment of over 1100 people located on 3 continents, 6 countries, 8 timezones
Delivering a global SaaS platform used by businesses around the world in branches including hair salons, beauty salons, physiotherapists
Delivering a global consumer product used to search for and book services
Your responsibilities :
Provide leadership to a team of 5 Data Engineers
Design, model and maintain Data Warehouse
Collaborate with other Teams to address data issues and support their needs
Integrate, clean and prepare the data in Data Warehouse for analysis
Create, maintain and monitor pipelines for data ingestion, processing while ensuring data reliability, quality and efficiency

Requirements :
5+ years of experience in data engineering or data analysis roles
Previous experience in team leadership is an advantage
Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines
Excellent analytical and organization skills
Experience in data analysis, data science, ML / AI
Expertise with databases, logical and physical data modeling, datamart structures
Good level of written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
Python or any other programmatic language would be desired
