WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As Head of Strategic Sales & Operations Management Europe South you will be responsible and lead a wide variety of topics in the areas of Sales Strategy and Sales Operations and represent the region in our global Sales Strategy and Best Practice team.
You will directly report to and work closely with the Senior Vice President of Swarovski Professional in Europe South.
Some of your key responsibilities for the Europe South region :
Sales Strategy & Operations Planning
Initiating, developing and leading strategic sales topics, initiatives and projects
Elaborating appropriate measures and key initiatives to achieve sales targets
Driving budget planning, sales forecasting (S&OP) and sales planning processes
Managing and monitoring regional pricing strategy in line with pricing guidelines
Representing the region as a member of the global Sales Strategy and Best Practice team
Leading preparations for leadership team meetings in the region
Sales Analytics & reporting
Analyzing market and sales development to capture growth opportunities
Driving business decisions based on data and analytics
Driving sales performance management and identifying improvement potential
Measuring and reporting ongoing sales achievements vs. target / plan
Establishing decision support system that comprises customer, market and competitive insights from various internal and external intelligence pools
Delivering business reports for meetings and driving recommendations on key business discussions
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Driving CRM adoption and working with the global team on further development our our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
Driving implementation of structured sales processes such as lead management, opportunity management and pipeline management
Driving Sales and Marketing automation in the region, e.g. lead generation and nurturing, customer re-activation and conversion
Driving social selling capabilities
New Business Development & Digital
Analyzing and identifying new business development (NBD) opportunities in the region to ensure growth of NBD
Implementing and managing a structured NBD process with clear priorities
Ensuring growth of NBD through implementing and tracking relevant KPIs
Preparing top-to-top business meetings and NBD presentations
Driving the digital agenda in the region through implementation of global digital tools
WHAT WE EXPECT
As the ideal candidate for this position, you have a passion for sales and bring strong experience in the fields of sales management, strategy and operations.
In addition, you will bring :
Master degree with strong academic record
min. 5 years of professional experience in sales management or consulting
excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
strong customer and results driven orientation
willingness to travel
English fluent, Italian or French is a plus

According to Austrian law, we are obliged to indicate the salary range for each of our vacancies. For this position we offer a minimum salary of EUR 58.
189,64 per year. OUR ACTUAL SALARIES ARE MARKET COMPETITIVE AND TAKE INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE INTO CONSIDERATION.
