An outstanding opportunity to become part of our Global Sales Team in Swarovski Professional (B2B). Swarovski Professional is the global leader of manufacturing precision cut crystal for more than 5,000 fashion, jewelry and interior design customers.

In this role, you will drive new sales opportunities with the creation of B2B products and solutions that are ready for retail.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Drive sales of existing value-added & retail solutions, namely Swarovski CrystalpixieTM (professional product for crystal nail art) or Swarovski BeCharmed (collectible jewelry)
  • Create and monitor a sustainable growth plan for those products
  • Evaluate, qualify and unlock business opportunities, find strategic partners
  • Identify the right distribution channels to develop a compelling route-to-market (B2B as well as B2B2C)
  • Detect new sales models / new product concepts and build a business plan
  • Support sales teams in sales execution
  • How you will achieve this :

  • Act as a strong link between our local sales teams and our HQ
  • As the 'voice of global sales' you will represent and articulate market needs in a cross-functional HQ team set-up
  • Collaborate closely with Industry Segment Experts, Product Management, Marketing, Branding, Trend & Design as well as local sales teams
  • Ensure that local teams receive all required sales support and tools to successfully close deals

    You feel comfortable working in an international environment, being a team player and self-reliant at the same time.

    Furthermore, you have the following background :

  • BSc or MSc in Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years' work experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Program Management or Retail Management
  • An entrepreneurial and sales-driven mindset always seeking and exploring business opportunities
  • Fluent English skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince and motivate business partners

    Our attractive salary packages include a number of benefits such as a company restaurant and various sports. Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is at least € 38.

    600,00,- gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
