In order to strengthen our Corporate HR department in the WienerbergerHeadquarters, located in Vienna we are looking for a Senior HR Projects Manager(f / m / d) for immediate appointment : In this role you will support the groupwide HRtransformation with a focus on digital employee experience.

You will drivestrategic HR technology initiatives and projects with diverse stakeholdersincluding regional and local HR teams to improve HR operational efficiency.

Your Tasks

  • Digitization and optimization of HR processes in available (SAP Success factors, ) and new HR systems to improve the employee experience and the HR operational efficiency
  • Driving HR (digitalization) roll-out projects to countries
  • Handling of HR system change requests and analysis of business requirements in close cooperation with the IT Product Owners
  • Ownership and management of daily HRIS operation - work with other colleagues in the HR / IT team to identify, review, research, and correct problems and implement fixes
  • Acting as a business partner to local organizations for HR IT systems, including development of standard operation procedures
  • Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience as project manager (IT projects), ideally in HRIS or HR related systems (SAP Success Factors, )
  • Experience in implementation and / or roll-out of SAP Success Factors (Employee Central preferred) or as Employee Central Implementation Consultant or deep working experience with Success Factors (Employee Central) as a key-user
  • Knowledge of HR practices, procedures and standard policies is a plus
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and hands-on way of working
  • Friendly and assertive team-player with strong communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for user friendly and efficient processes and systems
  • Emotional resilient and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
  • very good English skills (written and oral), German language skills desireable
