Learning Expert (f/m/d) Österreich, Vienna As a Learning Expert (f/m/d) you will be involved in the process of managing training and in supporting people as they learn in all 3 entities of Roche Austria (Diagnostic, Diabetes Care & Pharma). For the most part, this involves using the tools and systems in our Learning Ecosystem to design, develop, deliver and evaluate training courses and learning opportunities. What are the tools and systems a Learning Expert uses? At Roche, we have a global ecosystem of interlinked systems that we use to manage the full learning lifecycle. A Learning Expert will use all of these in the work that they do. What kinds of training are Learning Experts responsible for? * Core Training: our global code of conduct courses that everyone at Roche has to complete * Mandatory Training: the training you need to do because of your job/role, the tasks you perform, or the site or function that you work in * Personal Development: the courses you do for your own personal or professional development or interests What are the responsibilities in the area of commercial trainings? The main tasks include, but are not limited to, the following points: * Ownership for local Learning & Development (L&D) programs * Organization of local workshop/seminars * Ownership of the QMS module "Training" at Diagnostics * Local coordinator for global commercial L&D programs (e.g.: Roche Sales/Marketing Academy) Additional tasks? * Audit support for learning relevant processes (e.g. to show compliance with ISO standards) * Work with other learning representatives across the global network to establish best practice * Capability building: promote, lead and deliver learning and development solutions to foster the development of a continuous learning culture What competencies are relevant for this job: * Experience in planning, organizing & influencing * Willingness to facilitate change * Openness to build partnerships within the 3 entities of our Roche Group * Proactivity to build customer loyalty and service delivery * Ability to prioritize and take decisions * Knowledge of Quality Management requirements are an advantage (e.g. ISO9001, ISO13485, GxP-requirements, etc.) * Excellent German & English language skills You can expect an annual salary of at least EUR 42.000 gross, as well as a performance-based bonus and attractive benefits. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
