mSolutions is Mibas integrated software platform for the digitalization of all processes in operations and beyond. An international Miba team of currently 14 specialists is developing software applications to enable the users to achieve more.

Product related :

Identifies requirements and new needed features for the mSolutions product based on customer input and competitor analysis

Supports specification for further developing the mSolutions product and release planning for new features

Active participation in our agile working environment (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings)

Implementation related during rollout project at customer :

Evaluation and optimization of the customer specific effort for roll-out of the solution (Map customer needs with functional solution)

Lead the roll-out at customer site

Interface between the customer and development team for functional topics (configuration, customization)

Consults, supports configuration of mSolutions at customer site Requirements

Ability to work in self-organized and autonomous cross-functional teams and experienced with agile methods (Scrum is preferable)

Good understanding of material & information flow processes in discrete manufacturing / lean-manufacturing

Empathy, hands on mindset and good communication skills, as well as fluent in German and English

Customer-centric mindset

Bachelor degree in manufacturing, logistics, informatics or similar

Basic knowledge of SQL / databases / SWD
