  • Key Responsibilities and Major Duties : Insightful analysis of business performance, resource allocation and profit planningCoordination & Execution of budgets, projections and strategic plansAnticipation of risks and opportunities as well as proposal for timely remediationInteraction with Corporate, Regional and Local Managements to facilitate strategic decision makingManagement of monthly closing processes and accurate financial reporting in a timely mannerPartnership with cross-functional teams (Commercial / Medical / Market Access) to provide overall brand support and influence business decisionsIdentification and implementation of innovative process improvementsEnhancements of awareness and adherence to local procedures and policiesParticipating in national and international finance and cross-functional projects(Disclaimer : The responsibilities listed above are only a summary and other responsibilities will be requirements as assigned)Skills / Knowledge Required : Finance Degree in Accounting & Business Administration (or CPA equivalent)5Y work experience in Finance with part / all of that in financial planningGood command of Accounting and understanding of internal controlsKnowledge of Hyperion, Oracle;
  • OBIEE is a plusStrong knowledge of MS Office ToolsAbility to move forward and adapt in a fast-paced, growing, changing environmentExperience working in a cross-functional business and matrix organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and presentation / communication skillsFluency in English;
